Lobzang Dorji | Director of Partnerships

Mr. Lobzang Dorji is a Doctoral Research Fellow at Vilnius University, Lithuania. At present, he is nominated as a member of the World Council of Sinologists by the Secretariat of the World Council of Sinologists, Beijing Language and Cultural University.

He has also completed his MA in International Studies, PG Diploma in Rural Development, and PG Diploma in Human Rights from UNESCO Institute of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation, Pondicherry Central University, India. He completed his BA in History & Dzongkha from Sherubtse College, Royal University of Bhutan.

In the entire journey of his career, he started his career as Journalist for Bhutan Times, a researcher for Bhutan Tourism Corporation Limited, Project Coordinator for Bhutan Association for Women Entrepreneurs, Tour Guide to Yangphel Adventure, and most recently as Lecturer, Business Incubation Manager and UN Staff Moderator to Sherubtse College, Royal University of Bhutan.

To date, he served as the Project Coordinator and Lead Trainer under Skill Development Plan 2021-2023 on Basic Entrepreneurship Course for the Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship.

He is certified Training of Trainers on Business and Entrepreneurship and the certified Training of Trainers on Video Storyboarding & Crowdfunding conducted by the United Nations Development Programme, Royal Education Council, and Ministry of Labor and Human Resources.
