Tiger’s Nest Temple

A Visit to Tiger’s Nest Temple, as the trip name proposes, is a short tour suitable for those travelers with time constraints. If you are visiting Nepal or Tibet, it will be a wise idea to take this trip as an add-on or extension. You can fly to Paro from Bangkok, Delhi, or from Kathmandu or if you are traveling Sikkim or Darjeeling then you can also travel overland.

A Tiger’s Nest Temple covers the two main cities of Bhutan such as Paro and Bhutan. Paro has the only airport in Bhutan and has a few famous Dzongs. You will have a grand opportunity to visit some farmhouses and interact with local citizens and experience rural life.

Thimphu is the capital town of the small beautiful Kingdom of Bhutan. Besides Dzongs and administrative features, you will visit the Arts School, Museums, Libraries, and Textile emporiums that offer you an insight into Bhutanese culture and tradition. If you are in Thimphu during Weekends, do not forget to visit the weekend Market. It is an amazing experience to be up there!
